Job Title: Data Management Specialist / Intelligence Analyst – Full Time, Raleigh/Durham
LaSorsa & Associates is accepting candidates for a full time Data Management Specialist / Intelligence Analyst position in the Raleigh/Durham area who will work in a secure environment and will collect, analyze, confirm and consolidate information and statistical data into a meaningful intelligence product suitable for distribution from multiple sources including email, information feeds, social media, text messages etc.. Working under direction and guidelines, they will identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data; process information by compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, auditing, or verifying information or data into intelligence.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
-Maintain and safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information.
-Follow Company, Contractor and Client SOP’s and directed orders.
-Proficient in advance operations & protective intelligence.
-Proficient using, working with and researching open source and social media applications, platforms and technologies.
-Perform data entry, processing, retrieval, and analysis of legacy and/or current data.
-Filtering, translating and/or explaining what information means and how it can be used, ensuring others can interpret the information accurately.
-Perform basic trend and pattern analysis and identify significant intelligence trends.
-Cataloging reports / information and creating databases.
-Draft analytic products and assessments providing written and oral reports / briefings.
-Able to multitask, problem solve and respond effectively in dynamic situations.
-Computer skills including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms.
-Professional appearance with professional written and verbal communication skills.
-Customer service oriented.
-Organizing and maintaining a clean, effective work space.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least one year prior experience in the areas of data entry.
-Must have a high school diploma or GED.
-Must be at least 21 years of age.
-Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
-Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e. smart phone w/ internet, email, etc.)
-Must have a reliable means of private transportation.
-No felony conviction; no misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
-Must maintain 100% compliance with all local laws and state licensing requirements.
-Must have the legal right to work in the United States and fluently speak, read, and write English. (ILR Level 4+ Full professional proficiency)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-5+ years experience in the areas of data entry/intelligence/analyst.
-BS/BA or equivalent relevant experience in military or law enforcement intelligence or data management positions.
-Foreign language skills.
-Law enforcement/military/EMS background.
-NC PPSB PI and/or Security License

-Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays of up to 12 hours.
-Maintain flexible schedule and on-call hours as needed.
